PECB dashboard is created to ease our clients’ experience when undergoing training sessions, applying for certification(s), and maintaining the certification(s).
- Home – this tab contains all the information for you as a user, such as the number of training courses, exam passed, and certifications you possess. Notification section you will be able to see the latest information related to your certifications, etc.
Under the My Profile tab, you can find all the information related to your PECB account. Whenever needed, this tab enables you to update information such as:
- Personal Details
- Home Address
- Billing Address
The Certifications tab holds all the certificates previously issued, as well as the ongoing certification applications.
Through this tab, you can maintain your existing certifications. Depending on the number of certificates and the certification schemes, a link for processing the certificate Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) will become active annually.
The option for submitting CPDs relevant to one of your credentials is always available within the My Certifications tab. However, if the required CDPs are not provided during the year, they will be required when processing the AMF.
Features such as downloading certificates, logos associated with specific certificates, and upgrading the certificate level are available within the Certifications tab.
Under this tab, you can find the Apply for Certification tab, within this tab you can apply for certification.
The Scheduled Exams tab lists previous and upcoming scheduled online exam sessions. You can reschedule/cancel an upcoming online exam. Before you do so, make sure you read the PECB Exam reschedule/cancel policy section.
The tab will also list previous online exam sessions and the exam results.
The Billing History tab lists the invoices generated for your:
- Certificate application(s)
- Certificate(s) Annual Maintenance Fees
- Certificate(s) Upgrades Fees
- Scheduled online exam sessions
- Self-study materials
All details regarding Invoices can be viewed online or downloaded locally.
Using the myPECB Dashboard, you can also submit support tickets if you need assistance from PECB. After a ticket has been raised, we will receive it and respond back with an answer to your inquiry.
PECB account holders, among other features available within their active dashboards, can also store notes related to PECB training event, course materials, exam schedules, etc. This can be done using the My Note tab and clicking the Add a new note button.
The stored notes can then be updated or deleted at any time using the Update and/or Delete buttons.
Exam Questions tab
PECB certified individuals can recommend exam questions. The Exam Questions tab offers the Exam Creation Guideline and the Item Development Policy.
To submit a new question, click the Create an item button, and then provide the Certification Scheme, and Domain.
The question submission form will open where you can input three alternative answers, including the correct one.
